Week 9 Part A: Blogs, Vlogs, Podcasts & Webinars

Explain what kinds of categories you would use on your blog/vlog/podcast or webinars to stay organized and reach your target audience. How would these categories help the business grow?

Add a screen capture of your Instagem/FaceBook posts to your 2nd blog post of the week (or make a separate one for this).

If you have not done so yet, like or follow all your Classmates on FaceBook and Instagram.   Read and comment on 3-5 of your group members/classmates blog posts about adding a personal touch on a business blog. Include the name of the blogs you commented on in your Monday Categories Post.

The types of categories I would use on my blog would consist of different kind of recipes: vegan, gluten-free, and Japanese. I think that these categories would help me best in catching the attention of my audience because informing them of many types of recipes broadens my target audience. SInce I am Japanese, if I post only recipes that use Japanese ingredients, other audiences of Japanese would just visit my post. There is my favorite account on Instagram who share Korean recipes, but most of them are made from Korean recipes, so the problem is that I can't get the ingredients even if I have a recipe I want to make. Taking advantage of this experience, I think it's best to share recipes in many categories such as Japanese food, vegan, and gluten-free to spread my business.

  1. That's great, Japanese food is amazing! I never realized how getting the ingredients for certain dishes from other countries may be difficult. I am interested in learning some of your recipes! Good luck.
